Chalumbin Wind Farm EPBC Decision
Commonwealth to help guide assessment
Epuron referred the proposal for Chalumbin Wind Farm to the Federal Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment for review under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act).
The delegate of the Minister has determined that the project is to be a ‘controlled action’. This means that the project will also require assessment and approval under the EPBC Act before it can proceed.
The project’s EPBC Act referral decision (reference number 2021/8983) and associated documentation is available on the EPBC Act - Public notices portal.
