Over the past 12 months onsite investigations for the proposed Hellyer Wind Farm have shown an excellent wind resource.

Epuron will soon submit a development application to install a 142 m high meteorological mast at the site. The mast, with various instruments to measure wind speed and direction, will provide more detailed wind data to inform the proposed wind turbine layout and project design.

The site is located approximately 5 km south west of Hampshire and 30 km south of Burnie.
