The NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment (DPIE) has issued Secretary’s environmental assessment requirements (SEARs) for the project’s environmental impact statement (EIS).

Epuron has appointed NGH Environmental to undertake the independent studies for the EIS, which will include reports for landscape and visual impact, noise, biodiversity, traffic and transport, heritage, waste, and social and economic impacts. Studies and surveys are now underway and will be conducted over the next six months.
