The Referral under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (EPBC) Act for the St Patricks Plains Wind Farm has been published on the Department of the Environment and Energy website for public consultation. Comments can be made until the 28 August 2019.

At the end of the consultation period, information included in the referral and comments received by the public will be considered and used to help decide whether the proposal will be either:

1. a controlled action with a significant impact on matters protected under the EPBC Act, OR
2. not a controlled action and may be undertaken but only as described in the referral, OR
3. does not require approval under the EPBC Act.
