The documentation on exhibition here is part of the Federal Government’s Environment Protection & Biodiversity Conservation Act (EPBC) assessment process.

There are two applications which correspond to the NSW planning application for Yass Valley Wind Farm (see map below): Yass Valley Wind Farm (blue) and Conroys Gap Wind Farm Stage 2 (salmon).

For clarity the turquoise is Conroy’s Gap Wind Farm which has NSW planning approval and is not a controlled action under the EPBC Act.

The exhibition period is 2 to 29 July 2014.
